building customized tooling and production systems for
various types of food cans and easy open ends, specialty
containers and tin boxes, aerosol cones and domes, and
electronic strip feeds. The Tool & Die Division provides
engineering and development support services, part transfer
and automation mechanisms, complete turn-key production
systems, replacement tooling and tooling integration. Willett
produces speeds up to 500 S.P.M. (strokes per minute)
for easy open ends and 900 P.P.M. (parts per minute) for
shallow drawn, straight or tapered side wall can bodies.
